New Young Chicago Artist TheKidWhoRaps (TKWR) has finally dropped his anticipated new mixtape The Finesse Tape. The tape features other new Chicago native artist such as, Paige, Achillez and Jay2 The Kidd Classic. With his cool flow and slick punchlines, TKWR represent a new class of Chicago rap that differs from that of mainstream music.
